If the AI video model refuses your photo, or a render fails or times out, the credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for a goal that wasn't scored.
You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@ozilgoalaivideogenerator.com from the address on your account with your order details.
Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable, except where required by law.
AI video is not perfect. If a finished video is clearly broken (for example, frozen, corrupted or missing the person in your photo), email us within 7 days with the video link and we will return the credits.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
